to dress your penguin. The hype better be worth it, because Billybob has been saying this for a long time. On the cover of the Penguin Times, they show a penguin with a pink bunny cap, the first Easter free item. Then on the inside, they also have that penguin. Now, I thought it would be an easier way to dress your penguin. They’re making it look like it will be new clothes. This is what they said. They talked about it happening tomorrow in the Gift Shop. Boxes were dropped off last week and this is being called an experiment in Club Penguin fashion. Does this mean if it is horrible, they will get rid of it? One designer said, “This release is exciting but it’s also a bit of an experiment. It’s like nothing we’ve done before. I’m convinced it’ll be a hit for Halloween, but once the costume hullabaloo is over we’ll find out 
if it’s really a keeper. Whether or not the fashion sticks around is up to the public. ” They are saying if penguins don’t like it, they’ll get rid of it. The next page is an add for the Halloween Party. Last year the free item was a wizard’s hat. If they bring that back, I will be mad! The next page is talking about the winners. I didn’t win, I have no chance for any contests I think. I think that because I already won once, but I’m still going to try. If they don’t bring back the old items from last year, I would have to win. The featured game is sled racing. In this article, they talked about where it is located. It is in the Ski Hill, and it has four different routes. A race starts once a player fills each sled seat. Ridge Run is the hardest, and it has the most slide seats. Bunny Hill is a great introduction to the game for two beginners. Quick reflexes and speed are important on the slopes. If you hit a broken tree branches and logs you will be thrown off your sled. You can use the ice patches to pick up speed. Sled Racing is one of Club Penguin’s most popular 
community games. No matter if you finish first or last, always congratulate your opponents. The ask Aunt Arctic question is about the Fall Fair games. It’s asking where did they go? They also asked Aunt Arctic what was her high score of her favorite game. Aunt Arctic’s favorite game was the Memory Game. She said her best 
move was 22 moves. She said that lots of other penguins did 
better than her. My favorite was the puffle paddle. She told us that all of the decorations, prizes, and games are put in storage. All the items belong to Rockhopper, so we will have to wait and see what will happen. He might let us have one, that would be cool. The other question was how do you enter the costume contest. She answered, just put on your costume and waddle around Club Penguin. Judges will be in different places at different times looking for the coolest costume. There are a lot of judges -it’s not easy to choose just 20 winners. That is the reason I have no chance because they don’t want a same penguin twice. The secret of the 
week is puffle super play. Everyone knows puffles love to play aside from eating it’s their favorite pastime. When these furry pets are very healthy, which means all of the three bars are up, they will show a little extra personality. Tomorrow the new pin will 
be hidden, and also the new way to dress our penguin. I’m surprised they don’t have that. Two weeks is a new pet catalog and furniture catalog. If they bring back any old item from last year, I will be mad. October 24 will be the 2-year anniversary party. October 26, an new pin will be hid with the Halloween party. On November 2, the clothing catalog will come out. Still no word on the Sports Catalog. The 
two new comics are funny. Yes two. Actually the second one isn’t but the first is great. They are real life pictures. They have the stuffed puffles, and have them going around town. The second one involves fish and 
stuff like that. The new post came out for Billybob. Sorry if this is late, but I didn’t have a chance to get on my computer yesterday. Billybob talks about the new way to 
dress your penguin. I am still unsure what they mean. Will they make it easier to change the look of your penguin, or add cooler items. Like add a new magazine. I have absolutely no clue. The paper only made me more confuse, and this post doesn’t help. He didn’t say anything except he listened to our ideas. Also, that it won’t be a disappointment. Billybob has been saying for awhile now, a new way to dress your penguin. This will be the first time we know more about it then just that. At least that is what I think it will be about. Now I just thought of something. Last year, there was a page that has costumes on it. However, it didn’t come up until the Halloween party. That is what I think they are talking about also. What I am saying is, when you go to the clothing catalog, you will see a page say, more costumes coming Halloween Party. The Penguin Times tried to get some information. They failed and made one 
penguin angry. One penguin cried, “No comment! This is confidential.” But who knows, maybe there will be no page like what I think, or there will be, and that isn’t what this is about. Another penguin on this project said, “Anyone looking for a special twist to their costumes for Halloween will find it when they see what we’ve got planned.” According to unnamed sources, penguins can expect to see changes to the Gift Shop before the end of the month to accommodate the development. What I am still wondering, WHAT ABOUT THE SPORTS SHOP? I have been hearing so much about Halloween costumes, that I haven’t heard of a new catalog for the Sports Shop. They better get it here tomorrow, and not at the end of the month. The feature game this week is Puffle Round Up. For the first thing, they don’t have this, if you play and win, you won’t become manager. They say first like always, where it is. Go to the Pet Shop, in the Plaza. Go over to the door on the left side on the shop and click. A blue puffle should be there when you scroll over the door. Puffles that 
play and live in the wild behind the shop need homes. When penguins round of these Puffles, they are brought into the Pet Shop so people can adopt them. A puffle expert said, “Sometimes penguins take on too much and have a hard time giving proper care to each puffle. When this happens, puffles will leave home and return to the wild.” Pet owners are encouraged to read the Caring for Your Puffle manual before adopting too many puffles. I have nine puffles currently (check my The Crew page to see them all). A puffle owner said, “I spend time rounding u-p puffles each week. It is a fun way to help care for puffles other than my own.” The purple puffles and green puffles are very fast. You should want to round these up the first. Now, they don’t have this, but I got a cheat. Right click your mouse, and scroll over to the back up the puffle to wear you want them to go. When you do this, left click and you get where you want your puffles to go easily. I said earlier, that this was the best paper ever. This is why. For the Aunt Arctic question, they both were GREAT!!! I love them. Especially the first. If you haven’t noticed, there are penguins that have golden helmets. Well in February and March, there was a hidden Gold Helmet (I didn’t know about it 
then). After you get the blue viking helmet up, you click another item on the page and the Golden Viking Helmet pops up. I wish I knew about it, but it hasn’t been like that since. The first Aunt Arctic question asked about where did those penguins find the helmet. Aunt Arctic said that the Golden hat isn’t here right now. Key words right now. She told about how they were around in February and March. Then she mentions the Red and the Blue Viking Helmets. Now, I am so excited because, I think that Club Penguin felt bad about not many people seeing it the first time, or they want more penguins to know about it. Not many penguins knew that it was a hidden item. What I’m thinking is, they are saying this so we look for it in tomorrow’s October catalog. I want this so bad. Hopefully I am right. The second question brought up something that I
take a part in often. Being the boss of the Pizza Parlor. I got into tons of arguments over that. I think it is always funny, and I always end up boss. Aunt Arctic said she once had the same question. She also said that it isn’t who the real boss is that matters, but who is doing their part to make the Pizza Parlor great. The way she sees it, you can’t do the boss alone. It takes everyone to thrive. The Pizza Parlor needs cooks, servers, cashiers, and managers to keep it running. The secret of the week is Pizza Dancing. what you do is, wear the chef’s hat and the 
red apron. You can’t wear anything else. Then dance and you will be flipping dough. I usually don’t talk about the riddles, but this time, they have a weird picture. I also noticed that there isn’t as much riddles as usual. But the picture is the printing press printing the paper. For the events, October 5 (tomorrow) the New clothing catalog and hopefully the 
Sports Shop catalog come out. Also the Costume Contests starts. October 8, the contests stops. On October 12, the new pin will be hidden. On October 19 the new furniture catalog will come out 
along with the new pet catalog. On October 24, the 2-year anniversary celebration will start (first of the two parties). It will only be a day long, so don’t make the mistake I made last year and forget. On October 26 the Halloween Party starts. That is the second party. The comic is pretty funny. It shows a puffle who wants to take a long nap. Well, he did. After 100,000 days and 100,000 nights pass, the 
puffle finally wakes up. My question is, did this puffle have owners? The puffle goes outside and sees a robotic penguin and is shocked. Well, this is the newspaper Issue 103. This is the most I ever wrote for the paper, and second most ever. The total number of words for this article is 1,386 words. I will post early, early tomorrow morning of the new catalog(s). I will answer your questions what the items are. Hopefully, they won’t bring back the black and red cape, and the superhero’s mask. I already know they will bring back the ghost and clown costume. Unfortunately, if you look at the picture talking about the Costume Contest, you can see a penguin wearing a skeleton shirt, last years item, and the other with the black cape. There will also be new items. I hope one is a police officer, or a doctor. I think a doctor would be good, because you could have the hat, that mask they wear, the thing that reads your heartbeat, the shoes, and the shirt. I will have everything probably first tomorrow morning.
