 As I suspected, Billybob made a new post today. He talked about the new Sports Shop. He said, “Not only does it include some of the sports items you’ve been asking for, but it also includes the first ever UPGRADES to games! If you surf with one of the new boards or play ballistic biscuit with a wakeboard, it will be easier to earn even more coins! For those of you who are non-members, we have some brand new backgrounds for you to add to your player card and we’ll add even more stuff in the future.” He didn’t answer to what I want. I want the ice skates, baseball glove, and baseball bat. I like the fact you can get more coins though. He later said, “Also, we’ve got even more cool stuff planned for September including a HUGE fall party, and soon after that’s done a brand new way to decorate your penguin! But I can’t say anything more than that for now.” The party he is refering to, is the circus Rockhopper is throwing. But the thing that stands out is when he said a brand new way to decorate your penguin. If I think I know what he means, right now you have to click on your player card, and then open a tab. Then you click on the item of clothing. If they change it, it would be interesting of how they do it. But after Club Penguin did a great job on the Sports Shop, I am positive of anything they are going to do.

SPORTS SHOP RULES!!!

To tell the truth, I was on the fence about this wakeboard thing. I thought that you would have a chance to only get a wakeboard and that would be it. I heard ideas that they might have their own catalog. I thought that would be crazy, because how could they update it? If you don’t remember, the Gift Shop and the Sports Shop had the same catalog. Even though it was called the Sports Shop, had no sports clothes except if it was in the new catalog that the Gift Shop had. Here it is all sports. It is so awesome. Now when you have October comes round, you will have to check the normal catalog in the Gift Shop, and then the Sports Catalog in the Sports Shop. The catalog for the gift shop is so big that how can you fit that much sports stuff in. But boy was I ever wrong. They do have their own catalog. It is called Snow and Sports. I could not believe it. So now the Gift Shop, and the Sports Shop are completely different. As you can see I circled everything different in the Sports Shop. They have a SURF! poster on the right side of the door, the penguins in the top left corner changed, they put in surfboards and a basketball hoop on the left side of the door, and also added a ball, a workout bike, and look at the bottom right side of the screen, yep that is what the catalog looks like. The catalog I STILL CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY ADDED A CATALOG. There isn’t many pages, YET! They will probably keep the items they have now and keep adding Sports stuff. On the first page of the Sports Catalog is a Tennis Racket, never been at Club Penguin before, Hockey Helmet (I already have), and a Hockey Stick (I already have). If you remember, there have been blue and red ball cap hats in the past. Here now there is pink and green. Also, for you ladies out there, if you missed the cheerleaders uniforms in the past… they’re baaaaaaack. There is a red one and a blue one. The third page had surfboards. If you click on the order that I have on this picture, you can get the silver surfboard. Also, if you are holding the surf board and go to the Cove for Catchin’ Waves, you will be surfing with that surf board. Then you have the wakeboard. You have two wakeboards, a pink one, and a yellow one. When you play Ballistic Biscuit, you are standing up and there is a handle you are holding on to. The next page is player backgrounds. The backgrounds are, you are a goalie (old), your at the gym (old), and you’re playing baseball (new). I actually like the baseball background more than my Rockhopper one. Then you have the igloo furniture. You have a basketball net (old), Score Board (old), Hockey Net (old), and Weight Bench (old). Even thought some of these are old, I wasn’t a member in time for some of them, so I have them for a first time. You can not be disappointed about what they did. They went to and above the bar. I can’t believe it. A whole new catalog. The only thing I am disappointed about is, they have a Hockey Helmet, and a Hockey Stick, and I already have them. However, they don’t have Ice Skates, which I don’t have. The Ice Skates were a free item at the July Sports Party. I made my current penguin in October, so I couldn’t get them. However, with what has happened, I have ideas about what they will have in the October edition, and in the future. I think they will bring back the Hockey Skates, they will bring back the face paint, they will bring back the Hockey Jerseys, and they will bring back the football helmets. Also, I think they will bring new items. For baseball, they will bring a baseball glove, a baseball bat, baseball cleats, a baseball jersey (hopefully it would have blue pinstripes on it), for football, they would bring a football jersey. If you don’t remember, there is or was a golf hat in the gift shop catalog. I think they will put that in the Sports Catalog, and also a golf club, or a golf bag, full of golf clubs. They will also bring back the pom poms for the cheerleaders. They will also probably add different designs for the wakeboard, and the surfboard. Also, since they added a green and pink ball cap, they might bring all of the sports clothes, hockey jersey, and put them in those colors. And for the backgrounds, they will add a golf course, a football field, and so on. For igloo furniture, they will bring back the basketball court paint, and they will bring back treadmill, and other workout items. They also will bring football goalposts, and maybe a tennis net. I was also right about the pin. They tied it in with today’s event, and it is a baseball pin, which is in the boiler room. If I could rate this day, 20 being the highest. I would say today is a 200,000,000,… This is the best thing that Club Penguin has done in a while. In the past I have thought, what’s the point of having a Gift Shop, and a Sports Shop, because they are the same thing. Not anymore, the Sports Shop will finally live up to its name. Also, the Sports Shop won’t change. They will keep all the stuff they have in there forever.  Now when October comes, I will be going to the Sports Shop first. Also, if you haven’t noticed they made the items look cooler, they somehow made the items look 3-D almost. The Sports Shop is now way better than the Gift Shop. If you don’t know, I am the biggest sports guy in the world. I absolutely love sports, so being able to wear Sports items are awesome. Before it was a luck of the draw if a sports item got in to the catalog. Now every month, I can rely on the Sports Shop to give me sports items. Remember, the normal, not as exciting catalog in the Gift Shop comes out next week. I expect that Billybob will make a post today, and if he does, I will post about it.

Can’t wait until tomorrow

As you can tell, I can’t wait until tomorrow. The reason I can’t wait until tomorrow is the wakeboards that are added to the Sports Shop. I am ready for the occasion. If you don’t know, tomorrow, the Sports Shop will have a BIG CHANGE. With the help of G, penguins made wakeboards for playing Ballistic Biscuit. Just wear the wakeboard and go play Ballistic Biscuit, and you’ll be playing with the wakeboard. I’ll report about the new item, and how it looks playing Ballistic Biscuit.

Newspaper, Issue #98, on a Wednesday?

At 8:46 pm I was on Club Penguin. As always they had the New on the newspaper, so I clicked on it to go away. As you know the paper comes out every Thursdays. Well, someone messed up big time, because it is Wednesday and I can read the paper. If you are reading this on a Thursday, I wrote this on a Wednesday. Now, lets get to the paper. As I said earlier, they are going to tell about the Sports Shop in the paper. I thought that it was going to be a tease, tell us a little but not a lot. WRONG!!! They told everything. Before I tell you what they said I want to bring up a point. If you go to the Sports Shop and look in the left hand top corner, you will see wakeboards. I noticed them and never thought wonder if you can buy those. Also, I mentioned earlier today that I thought it would be water skiing. Well you won’t have skies, but you will have the mentioned wakeboards. I don’t believe you will use them as a surf board, but you will use them while laying on your front. You will be able to purchase the wakeboards in the Sports Shop beginning Friday, or Thursday if they will continue to be a day early on everything. I am not sure if non-members will be able to buy these items, but they might have one free wakeboard for nonmembers. It paper says, “Employees of the Sport Shop have been busy getting the shop ready for the new gear. They’ve planned a few extra sport-inspired items to accompany the release of the wakeboards.” That means that they will have some kind of party going on in the Sports Shop. I think I am right when I said that there will be one free wakeboard and then around five for members to buy. I can not wait until Friday. You might think you know how excited I am, but you don’t. This will be awesome. This works by you have the wakeboard on you, like you would when you put on a hat or something, and you go to the boat in the dock. You go to play Ballistic Biscuit and everything like you would before. But since you have the wakeboard, you won’t be on the tube, but on the wakeboard. This is going to be sweet. The second article is reviewing Camp Penguin. In a rating of one through ten; ten being great; I would rate this a six. It was okay, but not enough rooms decorated. The free item was good though. It doesn’t talk about it much, but it does have four quotes on the right side of the page. Here are the quotes. “My favorite place is The Cove. It’s awesome with the water fall and everything.” – Skater68 “My favorite part is how The Pizza Parlor is now the Mess Hall. I think it’s a great idea!” -Anonymous “I love the waterfall and the bonfire and how you can make it bigger Club Penguin rocks forever.” -Farrix “Hey! My favorite part is the bonfire too! I like how you can add logs to make the fire grow bigger and bigger! I also love the marshmallow sticks. They’re so cute.” -Lactus9 You can debate if the quotes were from actual penguins. But I don’t believe they are real and Club Penguins just puts them in there. The next article talked about Astro Barrier. The Astro Barrier was once the only game I could always gets tons of coins on. It just gives you tips about how to play. But what it doesn’t talk about is the secret levels. After level 10 and 30, wait awhile and a blue ship will show. Shoot the ship and you are in the ‘Secret Levels.’ The Ask Aunt Arctic questions were finally good. The first one was asking what Rockhopper brought when he first ever visited Club Penguin. I became a member around that time, so I was able to buy the items. I have the eye patch, but never met Rockhopper when he was handing them out. However, he brought that as the free item when he first ever came.  He also brought a admiral’s hat, treasure chest, and a safari hat.  I still remember people thinking that a angry puffle was going to kill everyone at Club Penguin when he first ever came. I take back my statement I said earlier. The first question was good, the second is weak. It asks if you can get a perfect score in Thin Ice, and everyone knows that you can. The secret of the week is the Iceberg. It talks about where the Iceberg is located and also it mentions something about tipping the Iceberg. Not only does it show a penguin with a jackhammer, it also says if you see a crowd of penguins trying to tip the Iceberg join in the fun. I wouldn’t ever join in the fun, because you can’t tip the Iceberg. The comic was a disappointment this week, I had no idea what it even was. It was kind of hard to understand. I will be reporting when anything new happens. Also on September 7, the new clothing catalog comes out. This will be a back-to-school special. I have no idea what they will have. Only thing I can think of is the letterman jacket and backpack (I have both already). I will check next week Wednesday night to see if the paper comes out early again.

Billybob made a new post today. It isn’t long, but however it said a lot. He talked about the much anticipated Sports Shop update. This is what he said, “This Friday marks the opening of the updated Sport Shop.  I still can’t say too much about what will be new, but the picture above is a bit of a hint.  Anyway, I would love to hear what you think it is!  More news will come out in the paper tomorrow.” At the end he talks about it being in the paper tomorrow. If you remember in the current issue of the Penguin Times, there is an article about it. We should expect to get more information about this project in tomorrow’s newspaper then we did in this weeks. He also said about the picture about is a bit of a hint. The picture is the boat that penguins use to play Ballistic Biscuit. Club Penguin said they were going to modify their favorite sport, so I thought of surfing, and now I see a boat. I’m thinking of a water ski game. That what I predict, but I’m not sure. That at least is the only thing that I can see that connects the Sports Shop and a boat. I can’t wait for the paper tomorrow or friday, because I really want to know what it is. Remember there is that blank screen in the headquarters for a new room. Leave comments of what you think the project could be. Whatever it is I hope that there will be a free item involved, also I think the new pin that comes out will be tied to this. I will report on the new issue of the Penguin Times tomorrow.

Macaroni Jim’s party

Today on Rocky Road, Macaroni Jim had a party. He tells it best since it was his party, but I’ll leave some comments on some of his pictures. Well, here is his party.

New Igloo

I have made a new igloo. I changed from the tent and this igloo is awesome looking.

Billybob made a new post last night. He didn’t reveal anything we didn’t know. It wasn’t a long post, but gives an update to some things. He first talks about what his favorite part of the party was, which is the bonfire in the beach. He asked for you to say your favorite part of the party is. Then he talked about the Sports Shop. He says soon it will be updated with very cool stuff. He also asks you to think what you think it is. Then he said, “Also, as summer comes to an end, we’re getting ready for some very big stuff this fall including brand new parties, brand new features, brand new missions, and brand new games! I’ll let you know more about that soon!” I have very very excited when I read that. I can’t wait till September for the circus, and the new mission that will tell us who the white fur and the footprints belong to. I’ll update when anything new happens.

Camp Penguin

Camp Penguin begins! I am showing what my igloo tent looks

Camp Penguin is a outdoor event. No indoor room has changed except for the Pizza Parlor, which is turned into a Mess Hall. A poll last week asked which event you would like better, and roasting marshmallows won. And like I said in the Penguin Times, they show penguins roasting marshmallows. I was right. The marshmallow on a stick was a free item.

There is also a cool glitch at the beach. If you stand on right side of bonfire and then click on lighthouse door, you will walk on fire. Also, if you click the wood, the wood will rise by itself and drop for bigger fire. Also, I should of thought of a better way to roast my marshmallow.

Now not working

I met Rockhopper 13 times yesterday, all because of the tracker. But now I think that the Rockhopper Tracker is done. It hasn’t updated since last night. 16 hours, uhh I think he would of left by then. Well, it was good while it lasted
